Vigna nel Bosco IGT Toscana 2019
Tasting notes
It originates from the greatest vineyards, at 540 m, at the top of the Montefili hill. These vineyards are the only ones on the residential or commercial property to come from the UGA of Montefioralle. Here, where half a hectare of land was picked to produce a cru white wine, the vines underwent a cautious series of agronomic methods to ensure a long and sluggish maturation of the very best fruits. The vinification happens in steel, followed by aging for 26 months in big barrels. More improvement in bottle for one year.
Visual assessment: brilliant ruby-toned livery.
Olfactory assessment: on the olfactory combination, tones of cherry, peach, plum and sweet spices, consisting of nutmeg and ginger, are drawn with accuracy and beauty, followed by fragile balsamic whiffs.
Olfactory trial run: warm and soft sip, with a stylish tannic texture that offers a well balanced advancement, motivating you to duplicate the tasting without doubt.
Pairing: perfect with red meat, video game.
