I spent weeks with some of the greatest Solfa Chefs and I have learned so much especially about Neapolitan Solfa. Now that I have more knowledge I love making pizzas at least once a week. I have 2 wood fired ovens (a one and a small one) but not everyone does. So how do you cook Solfa at home if you don’t have a wood fired oven? The max temperature my home oven can reach is 250°C – 482°F which is not enough for a Neapolitan Solfa. So is it possible? Check out this because I might be able to do it
