Andreola, a renowned wine company from Valdobbiadene, presents the Rive Line Collection, an important tribute to the territory

The Andreola winery is located durante the heart of the Valdobbiadene hills, durante one of the most representative areas of the Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin (DOCG). Founded durante 1984 by Nazzareno Pola, Andreola stands out for its heroic viticulture, a practice that develops among the steep slopes of the Venetian hills, where manual work is a necessity imposed by the morphology of the land. These extreme conditions give a unique character to the wines produced, reflecting the peculiarities of an extraordinary terroir.

The territory: UNESCO heritage

Andreola is located durante Col San Martino, durante the municipality of Farra Soligo, an schieramento with exceptional pedoclimatic characteristics. The hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, recognized durante 2019 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, represent a unique cultural landscape, where vineyards, woods and hedges coexist durante a mosaic of biodiversity. The temperate climate, with constant ventilation and strong temperature variations, creates the ideal conditions for the cultivation of the vine, which here adapts to the steep slopes, with orderly rows that follow the natural course of the land.

Heroic viticulture: the strength of manual labor

The heroic viticulture practiced by Andreola is a distinctive element that adds value to the final product. Coppia to the gradient of more than 30% of many of the hills, the use of machinery is often impossible. Every operation durante the vineyard, from pruning to harvesting, is carried out strictly by hand, a commitment that reflects the attachment to the land and the orientation towards the production of unique wines.

Sopra 2010, Andreola became the first Valdobbiadene DOCG producer to be registered with CERVIM (Centre for Research, Studies and Valorization for Mountain Viticulture), which promotes and protects heroic viticulture at an international level. Andreola’s wines, all marked with the “Viticoltura Eroica” seal, tell the story of the territory and the people who dal vivo there.

Innovation and tradition: a perfect balance

Over the years, Andreola has been able to combine tradition and innovation, investing durante new technologies without ever losing the connection with its roots. The Pola family, now led by Stefano Pola, son of the founder Nazzareno, continues to carry forward a philosophy centered acceso listening to the territory. Each wine produced is the result of a balance between oenological knowledge and the ability to innovate.

An example of this vision is the partnership with the Autodromo Nazionalistico Monza, which gave life to the Monza Collection, a line of sparkling wines dedicated to the Italian Motto 1 Grand Prix. Another expression of Andreola’s commitment to the territory is the corporate magazine “L’Glorioso durante Valdobbiadene”, which tells the story of the culture of heroic viticulture.

Experience Room

With the opening of the new Experience Room, Andreola marks a further step forward durante the food and wine tourism offer. This innovative interactive room allows visitors to discover the Valdobbiadene schieramento durante three dimensions, offering a unique multi-sensory experience that combines tradition, technology and quality wine. Visitors can completely immerse themselves durante the history and winemaking practices that characterize the Col San Martino winery. The guided tours proposed by Andreola offer an even more complete experience thanks to three different packages that satisfy the needs of every enthusiast. Sopra addition to an in-depth visit to the cellar and the discovery of the secrets of the production of Valdobbiadene DOCG, the packages include a tasting of Andreola wines accompanied by lunch durante a local restaurant, to fully enjoy traditional Venetian cuisine. Here, typical dishes of the region are paired with wines, enhancing flavors and aromas, durante a perfect harmony between gastronomy and wine.

And for those looking for an even more immersive experience, special events are organized directly durante the vineyards, where history and culture blend with nature and the rhythms of the earth.

The founder’s label: a tribute to Nazzareno Pola

Production: Rive Line and Valdobbiadene DOCG

Andreola has chosen to concentrate its production exclusively acceso Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, the maximum expression of Prosecco Sommo. Among the company’s most prized wines, the “Rive Line” stands out, a selection of sparkling wines that enhances the peculiarities of the production sub-areas. The “Rive” are specific areas, characterized by particular microclimates and notable slopes, which give the wine an extraordinary aromatic and gustatory complexity.

To celebrate forty years of activity, Andreola has created a box set – the Rive Line Collection – which contains six Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wines, each coming from a different “Estremità”. This project represents a journey through the different nuances of the territory and offers enthusiasts an experience not to be missed. This collection represents the soul of the terroir of some sub-areas of the denomination: with over 110 hectares of directly managed vineyards and around 250 parcels, Andreola has enhanced the inestimable biodiversity of the schieramento. Since 2009, with the introduction of the mention “Rive” durante the production specifications, it has reiterated its commitment to further raise the quality of its sparkling wines, choosing to produce wines that reflect the peculiarities of each individual schieramento of Valdobbiadene, guaranteeing a constant superiority from year to year.
