Baklava is a standard dessert of Turkish origin, prepared with several layers of crumbly phyllo dough and a crispy filling of sliced dried fruit. Extremely easy to prepare, irresistibly scrumptious and fragrant: this dessert taken in honey syrup is perfect to use on unique events to whet the taste buds of your visitors. There are various variations of baklava: today we provide you the dish with pistachios and almonds, however you can select to utilize the dried fruit you choose, consisting of walnuts.

Active Ingredients

For the baklava:

14 rectangle-shaped phyllo dough sheets;
200 g of shelled almonds;
200 g of shelled pistachios;
250 g of melted butter.
