Braised Squid in Tomato Sauce

Braised Squid in Tomato Sauce is a standard home-cooked meal, an easy however delicious method to appreciate these tender mollusks. With this dish, we propose a “red” variation with a silky peeled tomato sauce that pleasantly covers the soft squid strips, likewise outstanding to attempt with cuttlefish. The apparent aromatic touch of parsley, the fragrant herb that has an indissoluble bond with seafood-flavored meals, is a must.
