1 high quality burrata 200 g of asparagus 150 g of cherry tomatoes 200 g of boiled chickpeas 30 g of pine nuts extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste a pinch of lemon ()

Preparation of the recipe

Let’s start the preparation. First, wash the asparagus and remove the woody part of the stem. Bring a saucepan with salted tazza to a boil and boil the asparagus for about 3-4 minutes, until they are tender but still crunchy.
