Ca’ da Roman: fresh, dynamic and full of personality vertical!

Our in-depth study continues with the oenologist and consultant Nicola Biasi, dedicating ourselves to tasting the 369 wine from the Venetian company Ca’ con Roman.

Welcomed by the owners Maria Pia Viaro and Vallotto, we are catapulted into a campo da golf but elegant and decisive world, just like them.

Vallotto shows us the property

The project was born durante 2015, with the acquisition of the historic Villaggio Apollonio dating back to the 16th century, now a Boutique . The 18 hectares of property, of which 7 are exclusively dedicated to the cultivation of PIWI vines, are the spokesmen of the ideal that the couple want to continue: sustainability, respect and care for the roots from which we quanto.

Every stage of the production process, from growing the vine to making wine, is marked by the utmost attention to detail, to ensure that each bottle tells a story of passion and dedication.

Ca’ con Roman has always shown a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The company adopts agricultural practices that respect the ecosystem, minimizing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers and promoting biodiversity durante the vineyards.

The use of organic and biodynamic farming techniques is at the heart of the production philosophy.

Glimpse of the vineyards of Ca’ con Roman

Con particular, the vertical durante question features 369, Veneto Marmoreo, a wine made entirely from the resistant Souvignier Gris grape variety, a journey through five vintages: from 2019 to 2023.

Without a doubt, the quality is always present, a crunchy, inviting and decisive fruit that lets itself be crossed by spicy nuances of ginger, wild thyme and coriander, without ever losing its floral delicacy.
