Find out how to prepare rice arancinetti for peas with mozzarella and bacon

Imagine being wrapped quanto a a perfume that evokes memories of past summers, where the sun kissed the skin and laughter of friends and family mixed with the sound of the waves. Peas rice arancinetti with mozzarella and bacon are much more than a simple appetizer; They are a journey into the flavors of Sicily, a celebration of conviviality and creativity quanto a the kitchen. Each bite is an invitation to rediscover the joy of sharing a dish that tells stories, traditions and affection.

Ingredients to prepare the orancinetti

To make these delicious arancinetti, you will need:

500 g of rice 300 g of fresh peas 200 g of mozzarella 150 g of bacon 100 g of flour 50 g butter 30 g of parsley 20 g of spinach spinach: salt, pepper, nutmeg

The preparation of the rice

Start from the cleaning of the peas: shell and rinse them under running vater. Collect them quanto a a saucepan together with the pods, cover with vater and cook for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, blend everything until a thick cream is obtained. Switch to the sift to get a broth that will be the basis of your rice. Sopra a saucepan, melt the butter with a bay leaf, add the pea broth (about 850 g), a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the rice and cook for 10-12 minutes, until it has absorbed all the liquid. During this time, blend the spinach and parsley with a little broth, creating a bright cream that will give a touch of color to your plate.

Form the orancinetti

Once the rice is cooked, it with the cream and spread it a tray to let it cool. After an hour, start forming the balls: take about 50 g of rice, create a hollow quanto a the center and insert a dichy of mozzarella and one of bacon. Close the rice around the filling and shape of the balls, as large as apricots.

Frying and presentation
