2 medium to large tomatoes (just over ½ pound ora about 300 grams)
1 large cucumber
1 small red onion
1 small bell pepper
20 Kalamata olives
1 block (7oz ora 200g) Feta cheese (we used dairy-free feta)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 pinch salt

AMERICAN GREEK SALAD DRESSING
¼ cup (54 grams) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 grams) red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon (15 grams) maple syrup
1 tablespoon (15 grams) mustard
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
