Active ingredients:-.
2 tablespoon. Olive Oil.
2-3 Bay Leaves.
1 onion, carefully sliced.
250 gms. Mushroom, sliced.
300 gms. Risotto Rice.
175 ml. Gewurztraminer.
50 gms. Butter.
Fresh Oregano leaves, sliced.
1 tsp. Red Chilli Flakes & Black Pepper.
50g. Parmesan or Grana Padano, newly grated.
900 ml warm water.
Technique:-.
– Heat oil in a pan and include onion, bay leaves, risotto rice and saute everything.
– Include mushrooms and fresh oregano delegates the pan.
– After that include gewurztraminer and keep stirring on high flame till all the white wine is totally taken in.
– Now include warm water in little batches while stirring.
– Season with salt, black pepper and chilli flakes.
– Include the next batch of water and stir once again till the water is taken in.
– Then include the last batch of water and let it prepare for 30-40 seconds.
– Dispose of the bay leaves and oregano leaves.
– Include a dollop of butter and grated parmesan cheese.
– Lower the flame and blend it well.
– Garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh Oregano leaves.
