Description
Mouthwatering chiacchiere are a yummy and tasty variation of the traditional sweet Carnival chiacchiere: tasty fritters spread out throughout Italy and likewise called bugie or frappe. Crunchy, aromatic and complete of taste: mouthwatering chiacchiere are prepared with the addition of parmesan and are a genuine pleasure to delight in as a treat or aperitif, particularly if accompanied with a plate of treated meats and cheeses.
Components
250 g of 00 flour;
50 g of grated parmesan;
60 g of additional virgin olive oil;
1 little glass of gewurztraminer;
2 medium eggs;
1 pinch of salt; peanut oil to taste for frying.
Guidelines
Sort the flour into a bowl and blend it with the grated parmesan and a pinch of salt, then include the oil and mix till you get a sandy mix. Likewise include the gently beaten eggs and the gewurztraminer, work and rapidly compact the dough till you get a smooth loaf and cover it with stick movie. Let the dough rest in the fridge for thirty minutes, then roll it out with a rolling pin till you get a 2 mm thin sheet and suffice into rectangle-shaped parts with a serrated wheel. Make 2 cuts in the center of each chat and fry them in a lot of peanut oil, till they appear expanded, golden and crispy. Let them drain pipes on sheets of straw paper before serving.
