Travel video about location Italy.
Bella Italia! A historical image book, from the snow covered Alps in the north to the dreamy lagoon city of Venice whose palaces are developed on wood stakes and whose ‘Carnevale’ is world well-known. From the romantic hill landscape of Tosca where the scents when motivated Leonardo Da Vinci, to Rome, the city that throughout antiquity was the centre of the Roman Empire which is now the seat of the Catholic Pope. To Sicily in the south, an island of gods and natural forces. A journey through time in among the most lovely counties in Central Europe. Venice, a town with a hundred and twenty churches. The biggest and most well-known is the Basilica Di San Marco and, due to its splendor, it is likewise called, ‘The Golden Basilica’. Byzantine components and Late Gothic lines join in the lovely domed ceiling of the Basilica. With stunning mosaics, icons and frescos, this pre-Christianity setting takes visitors to the Orient. The Canal Grande is considered as Venice’s primary street. It weaves through the primary lagoon city previous palaces, churches and homes. The boat service called, Vaporetto, plus gondolas and little motorboats, change buses, vehicles and bikes. Pope Pius The Second was born in Corsignano. At the height of his papacy he purchased the Florentine designer, Rosselino, to construct a cathedral with a Bishop’s Palace and more palaces. In just a couple of years of developing the only city of the Renaissance was established and was then relabelled Pienza, The City Of Pius. At around one hundred and ninety 7 thousand acres and divided into over 7 hundred red wine growing estates in the hill area in between Florence and Siena, is a name well-known all over the world for its red wine: Chianti! The area’s very first vines were planted by the Etruscans and in the early Middle Ages it was the monks of Vallombrosa who cleared the unoccupied hill slopes and cultivated the very first vineyards. Italy is constantly worth a check out. With its fantastic range of natural landscapes and cultures it is a land of joie de vivre that captivates both body and soul. Bella Italia – a fairy tale become a reality!
