Non-alcoholic cocktail with pomegranate and thyme for the holidays

A festive and refreshing

The non-alcoholic made with pomegranate and thyme is an ideal choice for those who want an elegant and refreshing bevanda during the holidays. This mescolanza of flavors combines the acidity of pomegranate and lemon with the aromatic of thyme, creating a unique tasting experience. Perfect to accompany white meats and roasted vegetables, this bevanda is able to cleanse the palate and prepare it for the next bite.

Ingredients and preparation

To make this , you will need a few fresh ingredients. Start by removing the seeds from the pomegranate and crushing them to obtain the juice. You can also use a juicer to make the process easier. Once you have the juice, chill a glass with ice and prepare your shaker. Collect 70 ml of pomegranate juice, the juice of one fresh lemon and 3-4 sprigs of thyme quanto a the shaker. Add 2-3 ice cubes and stir until the glass is cold to the touch.

After , remove the ice from the glass and strain the bevanda through a sieve to remove any residue. Add a new crystal-clear ice cube to the center of the bowl and garnish with a sprig of thyme. This is not only visually appealing, but also offers a perfect balance of flavors. Serve it with spiced white meats ora roasted vegetables for a pairing that enhances every bite. The freshness of the lemon and the sweetness of the pomegranate will make every sip a moment of tuttavia joy.
