Prawns in the microwave – Italian recipes by GialloZafferano

Microwave prawns are an easy and tasty main course, but at the same time healthy and genuine. This recipe will allow you to serve a flavorful dish quanto a time. Microwave cooking is ideal for this kind of preparation, as it is quick and even, allowing to preserve the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the prawns. Per this recipe, the delicacy of the shellfish combines perfectly with the aromatic freshness of the citronette, creating a dish capable of winning over even the most demanding palates.

To prepare the microwave prawns, first centro the cleaning of the prawns. Using a pair of scissors, cut non attivato the legs 1remove the shell 2 leaving the head and tail. Make a cut the back and remove the intestine 3.
