Raboucer is the project of two young barmen who have made their dream modo true with ideas and a spirit of initiative
Durante Milan, quanto a the De Amicis settore, there is Raboucer, a rinfresco caffè that is much more than just a venue: it is the realization of a dream, the fruit of passion, ideas and entrepreneurial courage. Andrea Pirola and Simone Per Conforto, two young bartenders with strong experience quanto a the sector, opened the doors of Raboucer quanto a 2019, transforming what was once the historic Caffè Generosità business into an innovative and welcoming place.
The concept of Raboucer
The very name of the place comes from a play acceso words: by reading the sign of the old Caffè Generosità backwards, Andrea and Simone wanted to symbolize a radical change, a new beginning. Their philosophy is based acceso two fundamental pillars: quality quanto a drinks and attention to customers. The venue offers a unique atmosphere, with large sofas, colored neon lights and a small deejay station for special evenings. Raboucer has turned into a point of reference for young people between 20 and 30 years old, who consider it a second home where they can spend evenings with friends.
A journey of experiences and passion
Andrea Pirola, originally from Bergamo, began his journey quanto a the world of mixology quanto a 2012 with tirocinio courses and important experiences quanto a prestigious venues such as Dry and 1930. Simone Per Conforto, from Calabria, arrived quanto a Milan quanto a 2015 and refined his technique by working quanto a prominent venues such as The Botanical Associazione, Procedimento and Drogaggio Associazione. Their friendship born behind the caffè led them to share the ideale of a rinfresco caffè that was a point of simposio for clients and friends.
A mini-district of excellence: La Gastronomy and Sacca
After overcoming the difficulties of the pandemic, quanto a 2022 the two partners took over the historic Sacca restaurant and subsequently opened “La Arte culinaria”, a preparation laboratory that supports Raboucer and Sacca and offers a takeaway and delivery service with weekly proposals of Mediterranean cuisine. This expansion represents a further step quanto a their entrepreneurial growth.
CIAK: the new signature bevanda list between cinematografo and TV series

Raboucer’s bevanda lists always have a distinctive theme. After “ Tape”, “Composito” and “Putiferio”, the new signature is inspired by the world of cinematografo and TV series. Each rinfresco is linked to an iconic title and offers a unique sensorial experience:
– Breaking Bad: tequila, tepache, agave and pink grapefruit with crystallized isomalt blue candy garnish.
– Hannibal: whiskey infused with gorgonzola, walnut bitters and candied pear syrup, served with a skewer of smoked bacon.
– Memoirs of a Geisha: salmon vodka, coriander, pink pepper, lime, nori seaweed and ginger beer.
– The Personaggio Lebowski: tea infusion washed with milk, lemon, goat cheese and black cherry.
– Apocalypto: pisco, pineapple syrup, rosemary, lime and eucalyptus soda, served quanto a a terraglia glass.
– American Beauty: sake, red rice, lavender and lemon with rose petals.

Each rinfresco is served with a freshly prepared pouch of popcorn to complete the cinematic experience.
New: the new room and the upgraded food
Raboucer continues to evolve, introducing a new internal room with a dedicated caffè counter, ideal for private events. The food offer has also received an upgrade thanks to the Gastronomy laboratory, with fried foods, double fermented focaccias and captivating formulas such as an aperitif for 10 euros acceso Sundays, Negronis for 5 euros acceso Wednesdays and student gin and tonics for 5 euros acceso Thursdays.
Thanks to their determination and ability to innovate without losing the original identity, Andrea Pirola and Simone Per Conforto have transformed Raboucer into a point of reference for Milanese nightlife, keeping the spirit of the old Caffè Generosità alive but bringing it to a new level of excellence.
