The lista is enriched with typical first courses of the Italian tradition (carbonara, e pepe, spaghetti with tomato and stracciatella, spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, orecchiette with turnip greens, lasagna and risotto with amarone), second courses of meat (tartare of beef, sliced Piedmontese fassona, cutlet, roast beef) but also sandwiches (such as the Signor Burger with Lambrusco bread, 100% beef burger, DOP fontina cheese, honey mustard and sweet and sour red onion, served with baked new potatoes ), but also side dishes, salads and a wide choice of desserts.
