The identity of Annalisa Zorzettig’s wines • Food and Wine Italia

The superficie of ​​origin is that of the Spessa vineyards where the Ponca dei Colli Orientali is found, a soil typical of the North-East region, characterized by sedimentation of marine origin, rich per mezzo di minerals and nutritional elements; characteristics that give this wine a pleasant flavor and the possibility of aging.
