White Wine Mussels | My FAVORITE SEAFOOD recipe!

Mussels in gewurztraminer sauce with garlic, parsley, and butter is among our preferred summertime seafood dishes to make! These are made much like how they come when you order mussels in white sauce at your regional New york city Italian dining establishment. This seafood dish just takes about 15-20 minutes overall time to make. I hope you enjoy this Italian mussels dish.

EQUIPMENT FREQUENTLY UTILIZED IN VIDEOS (affiliate).
Wood Cutting Board:.
Many Utilized Chef’s Knife:.
Frantoia Olive Oil 1 Liter:.
Cento 12 pack Plum Tomatoes:.
Iwatani Butane Burner:.

COMPONENTS:.
▪ 2 pounds mussels * cleaned up *.
▪ 4 tablespoon saltless butter.
▪ 2 tablespoons olive oil.
▪ 6 cloves garlic minced.
▪ 1/2 cup minced parsley.
▪ 1/4 tsp chili flakes * optional *.
▪ 1 cup dry gewurztraminer.
▪ 1/2 tsp salt plus more to taste.

DIRECTIONS:.
1. Saute the minced garlic in the olive oil over medium-low heat up until golden (about 2 minutes).
2. If utilizing them include the chili flakes then include the gewurztraminer and turn heat to high. Boil for 3 minutes.
3. Turn heat to medium and include the mussels into pan and cover.
4. As soon as mussels open (about 3-5 minutes) eliminate the cover.
5. Turn heat to low and include the butter and parsley and stir all of it together. Season with salt and pepper to get the taste ideal. Serve with crusty bread.

SERVE WITH:.
Garlic and Oil Broccoli.
Sauteed Broccoli Rabe.
Garlic Green Beans.
