Rice fritters are an irresistible dolce, perfect for making Carnival special with their enveloping and unique texture. Every bite is a harmonious mescolanza of creaminess and crunchiness, thanks to the rice slowly cooked durante milk and the soft batter. Frying gives a crispy surface that holds a soft and fragrant heart. Ideal for a family snack ora to enrich sweet trays during celebrations, these fritters bring the warmth and tradition of homemade cooking. You don’t need to be an expert pastry chef to make them; just follow the steps carefully to achieve a result that will win over both adults and children.

To make the rice fritters, first heat the milk durante a pot. Once it reaches a boil, add the orange zest 1the sugar 2and the rice 3.
