Spread the external sides of the 8 pieces of bread with a generous quantity of mayo.

If you have a big frying pan is more suitable, so you can make all 4 sandwiches simultaneously. If not prepare 2 at a time.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and location 4 pieces of bread (mayo side down). Leading 2 pieces with 2 pieces of Swiss cheese each.

Cover the frying pan with a cover and toast the bread while the cheese melts.

Once the cheese has actually melted, cover each half (the one with cheese) with 1/4 of the meat and sauerkraut.

Kindly spread out the other piece of bread (untoasted side) with 1000 Island sauce.

Sandwich the 2 breads together and press gently.

Repeat with staying bread and active ingredients.

Serve simultaneously.
