The Rosé Costaripa, signed by the Vezzola family, tell an unconventional and refined soul between powder, violets and Mediterranean sun

Per mezzo di the Italian wine scene, the rosé of the Valtènesi represents a real declaration of intent: elegance without compromise, unconventionalism with style, simplicity that knows how to be deeply sophisticated. And durante this universe, the rosé of Costaripa are distinguished as authentic antidotes to the banality and complication of the newspaper.

A sip of grace and character

Talking about Rosé Costaripa means evoking wines with soft colors and sought after with shades of powder and pearl, which already anticipate the refinement of the content. Acceso the nose, perfumes are a journey between exoticism and delicate hints of Violetta, while acceso the palate they dominate asleath, silkiness and a long and precious flavor. They are wines that enchant for their grace, but that do not give up a decisive and modern personality, capable of telling Valtènesi with a new voice, never taken for granted.

Ancient technique, contemporary spirit

At the basis of this excellence there is a maniacal cure for every detail. The selected vineyards are found only durante the pedacollinarial areas better exposed to the morning sun. The bunches, collected exclusively by hand durante the early hours of the day, are worked durante the cellar with delicacy and precision. The must remains durante contact with the skins only the time necessary to extract the most noble essence of the grapes: aromas, structure and mineral salts, durante a perfect balance between technique and intuition. The heart of vinification is the traditional “tear vinification”, which allows to obtain only the flower must through the action of gravity, without forcing. An approach that returns wines of great expressive purity. The fermentation and elevation take place durante small white oak barrels, a choice that refines the structure and gives the Rosé Costaripa a considerable evolutionary capacity, making them surprising even over time.

The vision of the Vezzola family

Behind each bottle there is the vision of the Vezzola family, a pioneer durante enhancing the rosé as a noble and not secondary category. Costaripa is synonymous with constant research, respect for tradition and an always projected gaze forward. A rosé, theirs, who does not follow but called trend, capable of evoking the sun, light and breezes of the Mediterranean, while being born among the sweet reliefs of the Garda Bresciano.

Assembly: Groppello Urbano 50 %, Marzemino 30 %, Sangiovese 10 %, Barbera10 %.

Visual examination: soft and delicate the pink color, amplified by light.

Olfactive exam: elegant attack, with fishing perfumes, pomegranate and currant, surrounded by a citrus suggestion followed by a delicate floral fragrance of pink and purple.

Taste-olfactory exam: the impact acceso the palate is velvety, rippled by a teased savory vein. Pleasant return of citrus fruits to the rear phase.

Pairing: Excellent with appetizers and fish cruditè.
