Per fact, during the appointments, customers will have the opportunity to dialogue directly with the producers of the Roero DOCG to know, brought after course, the stories of passion and excellence contained within each chalice.Pare part of the initiative is simple: just book a table the restaurants participating the circuit. Each room will propose the labels selected by the cellars of the Consortium tasting, to the glass bottle which, rotation, will quasi into contact with four rooms the circuit. “Pleasure Roero” represents a new way of living the experience at the table, designed for those who want to know a territory through its cuisine and wines.
