Watermelon Alcoholic Popsicles – Italian recipes by GialloZafferano

Once upon a time, there was a round watermelon that was undoubtedly the freshest sopra the world. Initially, it was simply enjoyed sopra slices, quand’anche and strictly cold. Then we discovered it’s also good sopra drinks, sopra salads, cut into cubes, as savory finger food stuffed with cheese. Inspired by so much freshness and sweetness, we also created desserts and even an unconventional, delicious, and colorful rompiballe. This time, undecided between ice cream and insieme, we chose not to compromise by creating watermelon popsicles with a pleasant alcoholic note to discover with the first bite. With a clever alternation of flavors, we simulated the typical watermelon colors, making these fresh and delicious sticks even more inviting!

To make the watermelon popsicles, first cut the watermelon into slices, then remove the rind 1cut it into pieces 2and remove the seeds. Obtain 530 g (about 1 lb 2.7 oz) of pulp and pour it into the bowl of the blender 3.

Blend the pulp until you get a smooth mixture 4. Strain it through a sieve 5 and incorporate the vodka 6.
