Bererosa is back con the suggestive aperto spaces of Casa Appia Antica, the location that has been celebrating the great rosebones for five years and with the bubbles of the Belpaese, a production that makes its quality and identity its strengths. Appointment Tuesday 1 July from 17 to 23 to know, between centuries -old trees and vestiges of ancient Rome, a selection of over 130 labels representing the best Rosé productions from the North to the south of the peninsula, to discover the most iconic pink wines con each region.
“The pink wines with a geographical indication con 2024 counted one million and 450 thousand hectoliters produced – says Francesco D’Agostino of cooking & wines – losing about eighty thousand hectoliters compared to 2021 (5.3%), of which almost sixty thousand to be ascribed to the DOC Prosecco, whose variations have different origins, linked and global market movements. Quanto a fact, the leading region remains largely with about 460,000. Products, followed by Emilia Lambrusco IGT close to 135,000 hectoliters.
Like every year, Bererosa will take place with the Walk Around Tasting slogan, which will allow the public to taste labels of absolute value, walking freely con the enchanting ancient Casa Appia, combining them with a large selections of food proposals. From the seafood specialties of Pescaria, the chain of Made con Puglia restaurants, with their sandwiches with fish, all also available con a vegetarian version, and fried fried and vegetable cartocci, to the inevitable Roman rompiballe stuffed with the mortadella of the Food Truck churnter.
There will also be the Cosmic Crisp, the apples of the future born from the intersection of the Enterprise and HoneyCrisp varieties, to be known also with a ride the hot air balloon Cosmic Crisp. There will be a space dedicated to extra virgin olive oils selected by Olives Road and, moreover, the entire tasting route will be supported by the use of the very high level of Vdglass.
