A name that per mezzo di Sicilian dialect recalls the square, the space of the and the community. It is from here that Chaza starts, the new rural hospitality project signed by Arianna Occhipinti, a reference figure of the Sicilian Nouvelle Vague of natural wine. The project was born between the countryside of Chiaramonte Gulfi, per mezzo di south-eastern Sicily, and represents a coherent and concrete extension of the agricultural and territorial vision that Occhipinti has been carrying out for almost twenty years.

The giudizio is not that of a simple place to sleep, because Chaza is a widespread system of houses immersed per mezzo di the agricultural landscape of the Iblei mountains, designed for those looking for a residence experience capable of speaking the same language of the campaign: that of long time, measured gestures, living matter.

The project takes shape per mezzo di the Santa Margherita district, one of the nine vital areas of the Occhipinti company, and perfectly follows the production philosophy that has announced its wines: deep connection with the earth, respect for the territory, essentiality per mezzo di gestures. Chaza is not a resort, nor a farm per mezzo di the classic sense. Rather, a constellation of homes integrated into the landscape and built with materials that recall the local tradition: Iblea white stone, , iron, ceramics. Two houses already aperto: large house and stone house. The first, with four rooms and swimming pool, welcomes numerous families and groups; The second, more harvesting, is designed for intimate stays among fruit trees.
