Important things to remember 💡:
-White wine will have to be chilled and placed the ice bucket by the table ✅
-Con some climates, Arizona for instance, “room temperature” is too high for red wine. Guests might want it a bit chilled. Have an ice bucket nearby ✅
-Pouring wine for the table gives you an opportunity to get to know your guests better and build relationships ✅
-Always pour a taster to the host/person who ordered the bottle. After they approve the bottle, pour wine for everyone else first, and for the host last. It makes them feel important ✅
-All eyes are usually you while you do it so be at your best “gioco” ✅
-Keep an eye their wine glasses & offer to refill them ✅
