Velier Dal vivo, an event that shows the new models for the growth of spirits and food and wine a causa di our country
The world of food and wine has just experienced a revolutionary experience with Velier Dal vivo (see article), an event that has redefined the paradigms of trade fairs a causa di the spirits and wine sector. Organized by the Genoese distributor Velier, this conferenza transformed the dreams of over 6000 industry professionals into an extraordinary reality, opening the doors to a new way of experiencing and enjoying the world of distillation and food and wine a causa di our country.
An unconventional fair
The event, held at Superstudio Maxi a causa di Milan acceso 18 and 19 February, marked a turning point a causa di the way a causa di which food and wine fairs are conceived and experienced. With 6000 participants a causa di an superficie of 9000 square metres, Velier Dal vivo hosted over 200 brands of spirits and liqueurs, 76 Triple A winemakers and a vast range of products including 52 thousand bottles. Con addition to the tastings, the event offered a complete experience, with dozens of natural campo da golf areas and a variety of activities that engaged and fascinated visitors.
A virtual city experience
Superstudio Maxi was transformed into a virtual city for two days, with streets and “houses” that hosted high-impact experiences. The tastings were real emotional immersions, with a limited number of places and accessible only upon on-site accreditation. Each product was presented a causa di the cultural and historical context from which it originates, thus creating a deeper connection between the consumer and the history of the product.
The different thematic routes
The event offered a variety of thematic itineraries, each dedicated to a specific aspect of the world of spirits and food and wine. From Caribbean Street, which explored Caribbean traditions through rum, to Whiskey Street, which celebrated the culture of Scotch Whisky, to Mexican Street and Japan Street: each of the thematic streets offered a unique journey into the world of taste and tradition.
A complete experience
Con addition to the tastings of spirits and liqueurs, the event also stood out for a wide range of culinary experiences, from mixology to catering. Visitors were able to taste the best insieme creations and meet the protagonists of the international mixology scene, as well as discover unique and innovative food pairings.
