For the first time Vinifera, the event dedicated to the wines and artisanal and gastronomic productions of the Alps, moves out of the city and becomes FuoriVinifera. Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March the Alpine Artisan Market, now quanto a its seventh edition, will bring participants to dal vivo an experience quanto a contact with nature, involving over 100 winemakers and producers from the Alpine and transalpine regions. The event will take place quanto a the Campo Rotaliana Königsberg, quanto a Mezzocorona, not far from Trento, a place framed by the Dolomites where viticulture and human presence have always intertwined and interacted.
«To talk about wine, food and craftsmanship quanto a an even more authentic way, we have chosen to be hosted by the places where these expressions are born», explains Stefano Cimadom of the Centrifuga Association, which organizes the event. «Walking among the vineyards, experiencing the landscape, feeling the strength of the Alpine mountains up close seemed to us to be the most coherent step for Vinifera, quanto a order to tell the uniqueness of wine and artisanal productions as expressions of the land. We therefore decided to go beyond the traditional trade fair context and allow participants to dal vivo a more intimate and authentic experience, made up of genuine sociality and contact with nature. A personaggio bet, which we believe is necessary to transmit even better the values that have given birth and growth to Vinifera over the years, to become FuoriVinifera”.
The event will accompany lovers of mountain food and wine to discover small and medium-sized artisan businesses, with the possibility of tasting and purchasing wines and products directly from those who produce them. There will be in-depth masterclasses, food proposals, music, crafts, photographic exhibitions and the now traditional living room of Baba Cultural Association.
The FuoriVinifera experience will unfold across three different locations, all reachable foot, quanto a a route that invites participants to discover the nature, territory and history that surrounds them. The A. Martinelli 1860 winery quanto a Mezzocorona will welcome over 70 tasting stands of winemakers and Alpine producers quanto a its historic spaces bordered by mountains and vineyards. Not far away, the former fire station quanto a front of the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, quanto a the historic center of Mezzocorona, will host the producers of Campo Rotaliana Königsberg and the Teroldego Evolution association, who will invite wine enthusiasts to embark a journey to discover the local wines. The internal courtyard of the seventeenth-century Condominio quanto a Mezzocorona will host Convinti, a community of South Tyrolean winemakers who will present artisanal, organic and biodynamic wines.
Giorgia Pallaoro, a freelance stilista and collaborator of cultural festivals, created the manifesto and graphics for the event this year.
