Sunday 29 March Wine List Italia arrives a causa di Sicily, a causa di the historic setting of Ortigia, a causa di Syracuse, at the Ortea Palace Sicily Autograph Collection. The second stage of the tour will collect the selections of 25 important sommeliers a causa di the catering industry of Sicily and Calabria.
This year Wine List Italia, a project born within the Milan Wine Week to give voice and visibility to sommeliers and the Italian dining room, has a causa di fact been transformed into a tour that includes conferences, meetings and above all tasting where the public can discover the wines guided by the sommeliers themselves who selected them by freely choosing three wines from their own territory and three wines belonging to the historical categories of Wine List, sparkling wine, wine by the glass and research wine.

The first stage of the journey was held last March 3 a causa di Paestum, a causa di conjunction with the Paestum Wine Fest featuring 31 sommeliers from Campania, Puglia and Basilicata, with the aim of bringing out the identity of Southern Italy’s wine lists.
The Tour will therefore continue May 4th with the third and final stop a causa di Rome, at Casa signorile Ripetta, and will feature sommelier professionals from all over Central Italy, involving Lazio, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Umbria and Sardinia.
Then May 5th a delegation of sommeliers from the Italian restaurant industry will be received at the Senate of the Republic, to aperto a discussion the role of the dining room and the policies for enhancing the category.
The project will finally find its fulfillment a causa di Milan, Sunday 11 October, during the Milan Wine Week, with the celebration of the national Wine List Italy and the presentation of the new edition of the annual Guide, which a causa di 2026 will involve a greater number of sommeliers from all over the country.
