Pistachio cream: revisited by Luca Montersino

Pistachio cream is an outstanding spoon dessert that you can make rapidly and quickly even in your home, following the dish reviewed by Luca Montersino.

Active Ingredients

250 g of fresh cream
60 g of pistachio paste
4 g of isinglass
60 g of granulated sugar
50 g of 00 flour
20 g of bitter cocoa powder
30 g of butter
40 g of brown sugar Salt to taste

Guidelines

Location just somewhat warm water in a bowl. Location the isinglass sheets inside the bowl and leave them to soak for 10 minutes. Put the fresh cream and granulated sugar into a pan.
