Pasta Carbonara Recipe (with the Whatever Pan) | Italian Recipe | Best Cookware

• 100g pancetta.
• 50g pecorino cheese.
• 50g parmesan.
• 3 big eggs yolks.
• 350g spaghetti.
• 50g saltless butter.
• Sea salt.

Technique.
