Light recipe: delicious biscuits but without sugar

Sugar-free biscuits are the perfect alternative to classic cookies but with many more calories! Discover below the recipe for preparing these light desserts that you can eat for breakfast as a snack.

Sugar-free biscuits: the light recipe

Have you ever felt the urge to eat biscuits without gaining weight? This is why sugar-free biscuits exist, a perfect healthy and light alternative with very few calories, but just as tasty. Sopra this case, fact, the sugar is replaced with erythritol the dough, a natural sweetener with 0% calories. Discover below the recipe, more than one, light to prepare delicious biscuits but without added sugar.

Ingredients for 45 pieces:

350 g of ’00 flour;

190 g of butter, which you can replace with 170 ml of seed oil;

2 eggs;

300 g of erythritol stevia;

1 heaped teaspoon of baking soda;

a very generous pinch of salt;

1 tablespoon vanilla extract;

200 g of chocolate chips;

flaked salt to garnish.

Quick and easy recipe! First of all, melt the butter a bain-marie and let it cool completely at room temperature until it becomes creamy again. Then add erythritol stevia.

Whip the mixture together with the salt and vanilla with an electric whisk for 2/3 minutes, until you obtain a creamy mixture. The erythritol must melt completely. Then add the eggs one at a time, always whipping with the whisk and the bicarbonate of soda at high speed until you obtain a uniform and homogeneous mixture.

Finally add the flour and the chocolate chips, this time with a spatula, order to obtain a uniform mixture. Once the indicated time has elapsed, the dough will be more usual and duro. Use an ice cream scoop ( spoon) to remove some balls and place them a cutting board to then place the .

Add some chocolate chips to each ball and place the for at least 2 hours. Place your sugar-free biscuits a baking tray lined with baking paper at a distance of 5/8 cm. Finally, cook a very hot static oven, the middle part of the oven at 170° for exactly 12 minutes.

Then take the sugar-free biscuits out of the oven, even if they seem soft, if they have expanded deformed a little, swirling around each biscuit for a few seconds to re-compact the shape. They will finally be ready!
