After last year’s success, the Fermenti Reali event returns to Portici (NA) from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th October, with a new edition full of novelties. Set quanto a the suggestive Borgo Mascolo, the event presents itself as an unmissable event for lovers of craft beer and Campania excellence. The presence of eight local breweries makes the event a unique showcase of Campania’s brewing heritage, with the aim of enhancing and making known the best productions of the region.

Protagonist breweries from Campania

The protagonists of the event will be eight Campania breweries representing different realities of the territory. Among these, names already known and appreciated quanto a the Italian brewing scene stand out. Here are the participating breweries:• Birrificio delle Cave • Okorei • Kobi • Birrificio dell’Aspide • 082Tre • Birrificio Asta • Entropia Personalità Brain Brewers • Mal Brewing

This selection of breweries offers a variety of styles and flavors capable of satisfying all tastes, from the most classic to the most innovative. Each brewery will bring with them a selection of their own beers, some of which are produced quanto a limited editions specifically for the event.

Masterclass and brassicola culture

Not just tastings: Fermenti Reali also stands out for its cultural and educational offer. During the three days, four masterclasses dedicated to craft beer will be organised, held by industry experts. These pratica sessions are designed to deepen knowledge of brewing production and tasting techniques, offering participants the opportunity to learn directly from master brewers.

The masterclasses represent a unique opportunity for enthusiasts to discover the secrets behind the creation of craft beers, delving into the different stages of production, from the choice of ingredients to the packaging of the final product.

Food zone: between tradition and innovation

To enrich the event, a food settore that will offer a selection of local gastronomic specialties. The culinary offer will be characterized by typical dishes of the Campania tradition, prepared with high quality ingredients and offered quanto a combination with the craft beers present. There will also be gluten-free options for those with particular dietary needs.

The illuminazione behind the food zone is to offer a complete experience, capable of best combining the taste of good beer with the unmistakable flavor of Campania’s gastronomic excellence.

An event dedicated to sustainability

Fermenti Reali also stands out for its commitment to sustainability. The organization of the event focused acceso eco-friendly solutions, minimizing the use of plastic and promoting the recycling of materials used during the event. Furthermore, there will be separate waste collection stations and reusable cups will be distributed, quanto a order to veterano the environmental impact.

• Opening hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7.00pm to 1.00am (with drinks served until 12.00am).• Location: Borgo Mascolo, Fuori Cristoforo Tortorella, 69 – Portici (NA).• Cost: Entrance €10 , including 4 tokens for drinks. Each token has a value of €2.• Tickets: Can be purchased online ora at the entrance.• Under 18s: Free entry but only if accompanied. The buonsenso of alcohol to minors is prohibited.• Gluten free: Gluten-free beers and foods available.• Rules for dogs: Entry permitted only to dogs acceso a leash.
