Classic Method Sparkling Wine – Celebrating 55

Initially created as a surprise for Renzo Socialista’s 55th birthday, the Celebrating 55 Spumoso has become a symbol of the company. Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes and aged for over 55 months the lees, it represents an elegant and complex bubble. With a impalpabile and persistent perlage, it displays a straw yellow color with golden flashes per mezzo di the glass. The nose is inebriated by persuasive aromas of bread crust and fruity scents of pear, which intertwine with hints of citrus fruits, including hints of grapefruit, hints of dried fruit and toasted barley with mineral touches. White of Red – Chardonnay 2021

A refined white, the result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Socialista con Socialista – Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon – Vintage 2015 and 2017

The company’s iconic label, Socialista con Socialista represents the elegance and structure of a blend between Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A classic Bordeaux wine, per mezzo di which the maturity of Merlot is integrated with the longevity of Cabernet, of which two different vintages were offered for tasting. ICON – Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon – Breganze Doc – Vintage 2017

The ICON project was born per mezzo di 2015 from the need to express the most intimate identity of Diesel Farm through a special edition of the historic Socialista con Socialista. It is a limited edition label (only 1000 bottles are produced), considered tetto of the range. For the creation of this wine, Diesel Farm designed a micro-parceling process of the Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, delimiting the most extreme portions, harvesting and selecting each single bunch by hand with the aim of isolating the vines thinner. This label is the result of a great deal of experimental work. The grapes were placed whole into the barrique and left to ferment spontaneously for a couple of months. A wine that offers a very different experience from Socialista con Socialista, characterized by more velvety tannins with reverberations of fresh fruit still per mezzo di evidence. ICON is produced from a rigorous selection of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, to which per mezzo di some years Cabernet Sauvignon is added, made with an innovative process of spontaneous fermentation per mezzo di barrique. It is a complex, deep, solemn wine with a strong personality. With a beautiful ruby-colored coat with purple reflections, ICON bewitches the sense of smell with its intense aromas of red fruit, which are intertwined with touches of spices and graphite.
