Baked chicken thighs in beer: how to prepare them

Description

Baked chicken thighs in beer represent a delicious and various 2nd course. Cooking with beer, in reality, makes the item more delicious, more tender and soft

Active Ingredients

1 kg Chicken thighs
330 ml Light beer
4 Rosemary sprigs
4 Salvia leaves
2 Laurel delegates taste Additional virgin olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Take the chicken thighs with the skin and salt them, rubbing them well on all sides. Position them in a big bowl and include a scattering of pepper and herbs: the rosemary sprigs, sage and bay leaves. Water whatever with the light beer and leave the chicken to marinade in the beer for about 2 hours at space temperature level. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for thirty minutes, covered with foil, turn the chicken midway through cooking. Get rid of the foil and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, up until the chicken thighs are crispy and roasted. Serve and enjoy them.
