Amongst the numerous zucchini dishes there is a side meal that we especially like: baked zucchini! As great as fried zucchini, or sautéed zucchini, however lighter thanks to the baking. What makes them so tasty is absolutely the newly ready breading, abundant in fragrant herbs and with a minor spicy touch that you can leave out if you do not like it. Making baked zucchini is actually simple and they are prepared in no time, you will get sticks that are soft on the within and with an enjoyable crispy crust on the exterior.
