Ginger Syrup
In a little pan, mix and give the boil 240 ml of water, 200 g of granulated sugar and 200 g of fresh ginger (with peel, cut into matchsticks). Simmer for 20 minutes, switch off the heat and let cool and after that stress. Shop the syrup in the fridge for as much as 3 weeks.
Ginger and lemon tonic
Mix 240 ml of tonic water, 25 ml of ginger syrup and 15 ml of fresh lemon juice in a glass. Include ice and stir.

Spicy Bourbon Ginger
In a low tumbler, carefully squash 2 pieces of peeled fresh ginger. Include 45 ml of scotch, 15 ml of ginger syrup and ice. Leading up with 120 ml of ginger beer.
