DOMAINE BERTHAUT- GERBETAmélie Berthaut produces a few of Fixin’s finest red wines, in addition to outstanding bottles of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Nuits (amongst numerous).

DOMAINE DE CASSIOPÉEHugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg produce little amounts of meaningful reds and whites– especially Aligoté En Gerlieus and Aligoté Mitancherie, in addition to the outstanding red Maranges Les Plantes, from old vines.

DOMAINE DU CELLIER AUX MOINES Owner Philippe Pascal and wine maker Guillaume Marko produce among Givry’s finest reds, the abundant and intricate Clos du Cellier aux Moines Givry Premier Cru. The aromatic white Montagny Les Combes Premier Cru is likewise amazing.

CHANTERÊVESTomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott began Chanterêves as a store store, producing red wines from a vast array of appellations. Amongst the whites, their Bourgogne Aligoté Les Chagniots is outstanding; other great red wines are the white Auxey-Duresses Les Hautés, the Savigny-lès-Beaune Dessus de Montchenevoy (both the red and the white) and the Choreylès-Beaune Champs Longs.

DOMAINE CHEVROTAll the Maranges red wines from the Chevrot siblings deserve looking for. Pablo Chevrot, speaking of their red Maranges Sur le Chêne, states: “If you wish to be familiar with Burgundy, this red wine is an outstanding intro”. They likewise make a scrumptious Bourgogne rosé called Sakura.

DOMAINE DANDELION The red wines of Domaine Dandelion are maybe not extremely simple to discover in Italy (while in the U.S.A. they are just imported into a number of states). If you discover them, attempt them, specifically the Hautes Côtes Nature and the Corail.

DOMAINE LORENZONBruno Lorenzon, a previous rugby gamer and barrel broker, produces a few of Mercurey’s finest red wines from his household’s natural vineyards. Try to find his white Mercurey Premier Cru Champs Martin and his red Mercurey Le Chapitre.

CLAIRE NAUDINClaire Naudin took control of the household home, Domaine Naudin-Ferrand, in 1994, instantly relocating a non-interventionist instructions. His Le Clou 34 Aligoté with apple notes is outstanding, as is his tasty Côtes de Nuits- Towns Viola Odorata Vieilles Vignes.

AGNÈS PAQUETIn her cellar in the village of Meloisey, Agnès Paquet produces a large choice of prompt and persuading red wines. For whites, try to find the Bourgogne Aligoté Le Clou et la Plume and the complex Auxey-Duresses Les Hoz. The Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune rather represents a testament of how excellent the reds of the Hautes Côtes can be.

DOMAINE SYLVAIN PATAILLThe irrepressible Sylvain Pataille is the one who restored interest in Aligoté and presently produces 6 various cuvées. Among my favorites is the Aligoté Clos du Roy.

DOMAINE CAMILLE THIRIET A significantly popular young vigneron, Camille Thiriet produces soft, characterful red wines in the Côte de Nuits town of Corgoloin together with her partner, Matt Chittick. All the labels are exceptional, one not to be missed out on is the Côte de Nuits- Towns Aux Montagnes, with tips of raspberry, originating from vines over 50 years old.
