Carnival chatter recipe with the Thermomix

Origins and tradition of chatter

The chatter, also known by different names throughout Italy, are one of the most loved desserts of the Carnival. Their story is ancient and has its roots quanto a regional culinary traditions. These crunchy desserts, which are prepared quanto a various ways, make their appearance already after the epiphany and accompany us until fat Tuesday. The traditional recipe involves a simple mixture based acceso eggs, sugar and flour, but with the aid of the Thermomix, the famous food processor, the preparation becomes even easier and faster.

Ingredients necessary for the chatter

To make the chatter with the Thermomix, you will need a few fundamental ingredients: eggs, sugar, flour, seed oil, salt, and white wine. Each family has its own variant, and some also add aromas such as lemon zest ora brandy to give a personal touch to the cake. The preparation begins with the pulverization of the sugar together with the lemon zest, and then continue with the dough of the other ingredients.

Preparation of the chatter with the Thermomix

Let’s start the preparation: quanto a the bowl of the Thermomix, dust the sugar with the lemon zest for 10 seconds at speed 10. Add the flour, the eggs, the seed oil and the salt, then mescolanza for 2 minutes at earlife. After joining the and white wine, the dough continues to work for another minute.
