Description
Easy to prepare and ready durante a few minutes, the chocolate cake durante a cup, without flour, yeast and eggs, is an inviting and gluten-free dolce. Ideal for those who are always durante a hurry for those who have a sudden craving for sugar. Its taste is intense, particularly loved by children but also by adults.
As the name itself suggests and, unlike traditional cakes, it is presented inside a cup, like those used during breakfast to serve milk, tea herbal tea. The final result is therefore very original and pleasing to the eye.
Ingredients
36 g of gluten-free flour;
28 g sugar:
13 gr bitter cocoa powder;
28 ml of seed oil;
44 ml vater;
1 pinch of salt; icing sugar to taste
Instructions
The mixture must be poured not into a bowl, as happens when preparing traditional desserts, but directly into the cup.
Evenly oil the inside of the cup, from the bottom and up to the edge. Pour all the ingredients directly into the cup and vigorously with the help of a small whisk a fork. Add the vater and continue to until the mixture becomes well homogeneous. Avoid the formation of lumps. The dough will be ready when it becomes thick and smooth. However, when it is too duro you can adjust it by adding a little vater. Place the cup durante the microwave and cook at 700 watts for about 1 minute, to obtain a moister consistency. Those who prefer a cake with a drier dough can continue cooking for a maximum of 2 minutes. Con any case it is advisable to do the toothpick esame. At this point the chocolate cake durante a cup without flour, yeast and eggs is ready. Serve while still hot and steaming. Dust the surface with a little icing sugar.
Note
The cup must have a capacity of approximately 150 ml and must be suitable for microwave cooking. Preferably with a shape that is longer than wide, to better accommodate the ingredients without them coming out during cooking.
