The Collio terroir and the birth of Cicinis

The proximity to the sea further contributes to the quality of the wine: the reflected light of the sea increases the vigor of the plants, while the campo da golf manure practiced quanto a the vineyard enriches the soil quanto a a natural way, promoting the vitality of the plants and reducing soil erosion.

Vinification of Cicinis 2023

Fermentation takes place 40% quanto a cement tanks, 10% quanto a new barriques and the remaining 50% quanto a second and third passage barriques and tonneaux. The wine ages for 7 months the lees, enriching itself quanto a complexity without undergoing malolactic fermentation.
