A PRODUCTION VIEWPOINT COMMITTED TO SLUGGISHNESS

CorteAura sticks out for a production viewpoint that we might specify as “more than sluggish”, based upon sluggishness and regard for the rhythms of nature. Every stage of the production procedure is looked after in the tiniest information, following the concepts of natural farming in the vineyard to acquire healthy grapes abundant in scents. We guarantee that the plants reach their natural balance, and the grapes, collected by hand, are processed with severe care in the cellar, with very little intervention and extended periods on the yeasts to provide intricacy and consistency to the red wines. This method permits us to finest reveal the qualities of the area and the vintage, while maintaining ease of drinking. This viewpoint is likewise shown in the sign selected to represent Corte Aura: a turtle. This animal represents the passage of time, persistence, precision and above all durability, worths that completely show the brand-new vintage Franciacortas of Corte Aura.
