For Christmas and the vacations we have actually advised a series of bottles divided into white, red and champagnes. Throughout the vacations, nevertheless, we were not left idle and after some brand-new tastings we feel the task to come back to you with another fast list of white wines since the vacations are not over yet and perhaps a few of our readers will require more recommendations to end the Surprise weekend on a high note.

Here are 3 excellent bubbles not to be missed out on. The Valdobbiadene Coste di Levante Brut 2022 by Col Vetoraz is exceptional. Prosecco as it need to be, with the best softness, the aromatic fragrances of white pulp fruit and a thirst-quenching, fresh and milky beverage. Perfect for an aperitif.

The Berlucchi 61 Franciacorta Nature Rosè 2013 (pure Pinot Noir) was an incredible tasting. Bolla which is ten years old and keeps a lovely feeling of little red fruits, fantastic freshness and flavour. A bottle that to specify as sophisticated and gastronomic is an understatement!

Champagne Blanc de Noirs Bonus Brut Essentiel 2020 by Piper-Heidsieck (pinot noir and meunier), a bubble that has whatever: fruity, spicy and leavened notes, volume, freshness and the best creaminess. In summary, balance in between intricacy and beauty.

An extremely effective refermented in the bottle is the Pinus Laetus Pignoletto Frizzante Metodo Ancestrale by Tenuta La Riva. Bolognese hills and its most representative grape, Grechetto Gentile. A white wine of compound that goes extremely well on the table with packed pasta, treated meats and Emilian food in basic. Nearly golden yellow, great deals of ripe fruit, fatness and energy.

The Cà del Magro Custoza Superiore 2019 from Monte del Frà (Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, Cortese, Manzoni cross) is constantly a warranty. Spicy and mineral notes, body and fantastic taste for an extreme and intricate white that provides fantastic fulfillment even after a couple of years.

We liked Girlan’s Alto Adige Indra Sauvignon 2021 quite, and even those who do not like this grape range will like it. Obviously, all the varietal notes exist however in the name of fantastic balance and fantastic beauty. Perfect white for fish beginners however likewise not to be disdained as an aperitif.

The Capoccia Ciliegiolo Maremma Toscana from Cantina Vignaioli di Scansano (ciliegiolo with a portion of alicante) is a lovely modern red all played, nomen prophecy, on stunning notes of red fruit. Super drinkable red wine, really enjoyable and flexible at the table.

Hofstatter’s Alto Adige Lagrein Vigna Steinraffler is constantly an excellent beverage … we attempted the 2004 vintage. Super, for a red wine practically twenty years old that keeps pleasantness, body and amazing freshness and taste. With the current meat preparations for the vacations, think us, he will have his state!

Pleased 2024!
