Fancytast – The Original Bruch Caffè: Brunch that continues all day and for the unlimited spritz refilling aperitif

The aperitif that turns into brunch and the unlimited spritz refill – with a small surcharge – which replaces that of American coffee: these are just some of the elements that are revolutionizing the concept of brunch quanto a Italy.

Fancytoast – The Original Brunch Caffè, a Californian Gara open Pioneer chain since 2016, has launched the “Brunch All Day”, a new format that blends the American tradition with the Italian one, making brunch an All Day Long experience.

An innovative lista between California and Italy

The new lista proposed by Fancytast is based acceso a combination of modern Californian cuisine and typical ingredients of the Italian tradition. The “Brunch All Day” format consists of four elements: an “epic toast”, a dish based acceso eggs, a dolce and a selection of drinks, with unlimited refill of American coffee and, during the aperitif, spritz.

Among the most innovative toasts we find:

smoked salmon, basil cheese cream, dried tomatoes, rocket and citrus mayonnaise; Avocado cream, oust egg, Wasabi and chives mayonnaise; Beetroot hummus, caramelized goat cheese, crunchy onion and black sesame; Pulled chicken, avocado cream, crunchy bacon and scrambled eggs; Pulled Pork, basil cheese cream, Smashed Potatoes al Rosmarino, Nachos crunch and onion.

The eggs can be served quanto a shirt with avocado and bacon cream, the pan with fresh avocado and mustard mayonnaise scrambled with bacon. For those who love dolce, you can choose between pancakes waffle with maple syrup, jams, pistachio cream nutella. The absolute novelty is the “Tiramibre”, a reinterpretation of the gara open toast quanto a a tiramisu key.

Options for all the likes

P.P.T. Pulled Pork Toast

With basil cheese cream, “Smash potato” acceso rosemary, Pulled Pork, Nachos and onion crunch, Fancy Dip sauce.

An explosion of flavors and textures that starts from basil cheese cream, soft and aromatic, and continues with the “pruned Smash” to rosemary. The Pulled Pork is perfectly combined with Nachos and Cipolla’s crunch, while the Fancy Dip sauce envelops everything with a touch of creaminess and a decisive flavor.

Supreme Avocado Toast

With homemade avocado cream, smoked salmon, little echoh, Wasabi mayonnaise and chives.

Avocado Toast is an irresistible dish for lovers of refined taste. The Avocado Homemade cream is the perfect caposaldo for smoked salmon, the undisputed protagonist of the dish. The egg that adds softness and delicacy, while Wasabi mayonnaise and chives give a Twist of freshness and pleasant spiciness.

Fancy Potato

Potato stuffed with beetroot Hummus, caramelized goat cheese, fresh sliced ​​avocado, black sesame, rocket and Wasabi mayonnaise.

This stuffed potato reinvents quanto a a gourmet key with a mescolanza of surprising ingredients. The beet Hummus gives a sweet and velvety note, quanto a contrast to the caramelized goat cheese, tasty. The fresh sliced ​​avocado adds creaminess, while the black sesame and the rocket complete the dish with a touch of crunchiness and freshness. The sweetness of the fondotinta is perfectly combined with the flavor of bacon and chicken, while the avocado cream and the mustard mayonnaise give a creamy and spicy touch.

Tiramibread

The Fancy version of Tiramisu. A soft toast with tiramisu cream.

Interesting reinterpretation of tiramisu where the toast replaces the classic ladyfingers.

Quanto a accompaniment we tried:

Spritz Violetta, with violet liqueur, Prosecco, Seltz, with an intense perfume of Violetta, pleasant to the palate; Apple Spritz, with apple syrup, vodka, prosecco, self, not excessively sweet and thirst -quenching; Classic spritz, the aperitif par excellence, a classic always highly appreciated; Mango Spritz, with mango syrup, Fruit, Passion, Prosecco, Seltz, with an exotic and not obvious taste.

Thanks to Fancytast, brunch is voto negativo longer just a morning ritual, but an experience available all day, with an Italian touch and an aperitif with a Californian taste.
