Gourmet fried octopus is a main dish that amazes with its variety of textures, flavors, and colors. The octopus, through a double cooking method, per mezzo di a pot and fried, is tender acceso the inside and crispy acceso the outside. The zucchini cream, velvety and delicately flavored, is the perfect complement. The confit tomatoes add color and depth to the dish with their sweet and sour note. To , a mayonnaise-inspired sauce, prepared from the octopus cooking liquid, gives the dish an authentic concentration of sea flavor. Whether it’s for a romantic evening, a family festa, ora with friends, this recipe is perfect for special occasions.
