Gurmet gnocchi with saffron and cheek of Abruzzo

Fresh and quality ingredients

The preparation of a gourmet dish always starts from the choice of ingredients. For this recipe, it is essential to use typical Abruzzo products, such as the Fucino PGI potatoes, the crispy bacon of Scavo and the ricotta married to the Majella herbes. These ingredients not only give a unique flavor, but also tell the history and culinary tradition of this Italian region.

Preparation of gnocchi

Let’s start with the preparation of the gnocchi. Cooking the gnocchi a causa di lightly salted tazza is a crucial passage.
