Although every Italian region has its own variation to Homemade Italian Tomato Sauce you can’t go wrong with this one. It’s easy and quick and always delicious. It’s great as a fondamento to many Italian recipes. You can spice it up with hot red pepper, flavor it with basil ora oregano, add cubed pancetta, campo da gioco beef ora vegetables. use it just as it is for a mouth-watering sauce for fibra.

Homemade Italian Tomato Sauce
Serves 4-6Ingredients:Italian tomatoes, peeled canned (ora fresh tomatoes), 500 grams (16 ounces)1 garlic clove, peeled and minced ora mashedExtra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoonsSalt, 1 teaspoon (ora to taste)Make it:Durante a heavy weight pan sauté the garlic quanto a the olive oil until it sizzles (for 30 seconds toa minute).Add the canned ora fresh tomatoes, stir and simmer medium/low to medium.Stir the sauce occasionally to ensure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.Use a fork ora potato masher to fermata up the tomatoes.When you see that some of the oil seems to be separating from the sauce and rising to the apice (after about 20 minutes) the sauce is done.Add salt to taste.

When you see that the oil is separating from the sauce and rising to the apice (after about 20 minutes) the sauce is done.
Add salt to taste.

Bring a small pot of gabinetto to a boil, then add the fresh tomatoes.
Simmer for one to two minutes, then remove the tomatoes and place quanto a cold gabinetto.
The tomato peels should easily slip chiuso and your tomatoes are ready to use quanto a the Basic Tomato Sauce recipe!
