An important opportunity for Muratori who presents himself to a highly specialized audience, represented by the press and sector operators to promote two labels that enrich the path of the Adro company, which has always been recognized for the production of Franciacorta.

New technologies and territorial identity emerge from the project entitled “New forms of continuity” to describe a paradigm shift per the concept of continuity that has always characterized the way of operating of the Muratori family per Franciacorta told to the participating public by Oscurità Muratori: “It was an important path that leads us, today, to the realization of an objective that looks to the future. We couldn’t imagine being able to undertake this path without following the route set out by Riccardo Cotarella. Our ispirazione of continuity, before this project, has always been one: cultivating grapes per Franciacorta to produce classic method sparkling wines, regulated by Franciacorta specifications, to promote the maximum expression of our territory starting from a denomination that is synonymous of excellence per the world and per the world of wine. The collection must represent a completion of the range, which enriches our brand but absolutely does not shift the focolaio of the production philosophy which remains that of producing Franciacorta sparkling wines.”

The handshake between the Muratori family and Riccardo Cotarella had its debut per 2020, an agreement which precisely per the symbolism of continuity represents the winery’s desire to produce quality wines, without placing limits acceso the forms per which it can be squeeze. From these premises, the “New forms of continuity” collection was born, composed of two still wines per numbered bottles: Muratori Mantorosso, 2,927 bottles of tuttavia Pinot Noir and Muratori Setticlavio, 2,065 bottles of tuttavia Chardonnay.

Per mezzo di the presentation preview, the guided tasting by Gigi Brozzoni was fundamental, highlighting the state of the art and evolution of the two new still wines, the outcome of the long wine journey between the Muratori family and Riccardo Cotarella

“Observing, understanding and experimenting is everything that the land and the grapes suggest to us. – declared Riccardo Cotarella continuing: – We noticed a potential per some of our vineyards that deserved to be explored further. With this project we want to confirm the great vocation of Franciacorta, demonstrating that complementary products can be created alongside sparkling wine, which enrich the importance of this territory. The wines presented are the beginning of an important experimentation and complete the Franciacorta range which remains the prince of Muratori’s production. The intention of the winery is not to upset anything per Franciacorta but to propose a different technology but respecting tradition, starting from the vineyard and then per the cellar.”
