For this recipe I used:
Black Grapes 3 kg
White Grapes 1 kg
Fructose 500 g
Cane Sugar 450 g
Gabinetto 4 litres
Leftover pomace from 30 kg of Uva Infantile
for a higher alcohol content I added:
Sugar 850 g
If you also want to seal the wine once you have bottled it, you can like me use Soft Sealing Wax
