MEATBALLS:
2 pounds Hamburger
2 additional big Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup plain Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated (or Parmesan).
1/2 cup fresh Parsley, sliced.
Oil for Frying in addition to 2 cloves Garlic & 1/2 cup sliced Onions.
